ENERGY EFFICIENCY IS BUILT INTO EVERY GRACE LANE HOME

Grace Lane Homes likes to suggest clients use foam insulation. The same insulation is used for the attic. Depending on the product used, foam can provide the highest R-value per inch of other forms of insulation at 3.6 per inch. All HVAC systems are designed by licensed HVAC installers. Currently, Grace Lane Homes suggests a Trane XR15 Heat Pump with a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 16. The KitchenAid package, which includes a cooktop, double ovens, microwave, and dishwasher, contains all Energy Star® certified appliances.
